We have also applied our extensive experience in the claims  trading marketplace in representing clients in numerous financing  transactions involving their purchase and/or sale of credit default  protection of accounts receivable exposure to stressed and distressed  companies. In that regard, we have negotiated, documented and  implemented, on behalf of our clients, various master claims default  protection agreements and all related documentation.
